Which detail packages are available?+
Choose the Velocity Maintenance, Interior, Exterior, or Premium Detail. Pricing starts at $95 and varies by vehicle size and condition. Specialty add-ons can be included with any eligible package.
Why does the final price sometimes change?+
Starting prices cover vehicles in average condition. Excessive pet hair, stains, sand, mud, trash, odors, tar, or other labor-intensive conditions may require an additional charge that will be approved before work begins.
Where does the service happen?+
Velocity serves San Angelo, Texas and locations within a 60-mile radius. The detail is performed at the suitable location you provide when requesting your appointment.
What do you need at the service location?+
Please provide a safe, accessible place to work around the vehicle. During appointment confirmation, Velocity will verify parking and whether access to water or a standard electrical outlet is needed for your selected service.
Is there a travel or gas surcharge?+
Travel within 15 miles of San Angelo is included. The surcharge is $35 for 16–30 miles, $55 for 31–45 miles, and $80 for 46–60 miles. Jobs 46–60 miles away require a $190 minimum booking. Distance is measured one way and confirmed before the appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may require a $25 deposit before another appointment can be scheduled. See the full policy below.

Payment is due after the service is completed. Velocity accepts cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. The website does not collect payment information.

These terms protect appointment time while allowing reasonable flexibility for customers and weather.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- No charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a $25 booking deposit before another appointment.
- A no-show, unavailable customer, or inaccessible vehicle requires a $25 nonrefundable deposit before another appointment.
- Velocity will wait up to 15 minutes. Longer delays may require a shortened or rescheduled service.
Weather & deposits
- There is no customer fee when Velocity reschedules because of unsafe weather, equipment problems, illness, or circumstances outside the customer’s control.
- Deposits are applied to the completed service total.
- A deposit may be transferred once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- Deposits are nonrefundable for late cancellations and no-shows.
